ITSG has completed a complex recruitment project that supported organization’s HR Department through selection of the best employees among hundreds of candidates applying for 65 management positions in IT and Support Departments.

Project included complex analysis of Client’s needs in terms of recruitment and IT Departments’ quality, planning and realization of competencies’ tests, data analysis and full form and substance support of the process.
