Architecture Audit

BFF Banking Group is the largest independent specialty finance in Italy and a leading player in Europe. We conducted a legacy audit of their primary IT system.
As part of the audit, we analyzed business processes, assessed the quality of the solution and the quality attributes of the architecture. All system components that make up the entire solution have been thoroughly analyzed and reviewed.

Then, based on the acquired knowledge and workshops with the client, we recommended the target architecture, production process and development direction. On this basis, the system was modernized and its overall solution greatly improved.
