Our client, PKO Leasing S.A., who is a part of PKO Bank Polski Group expressed a need for a CRM system which allows optimization and automation of processes related to customer service.
We performed an analysis of how contacting clients and customer service in general are being run. We analyzed business requirements and went with a systemic analysis. Based on collected requirements a CRM system was designed and implemented to support PKO Leasing advisors during the process of selling leasing products. Moreover the system allows monitoring activity and sales performance by managers. The app was equipped with modules such as: Calendar, Sales Pipeline, Client 360, Sales Planes and Campaigns, with all of them being integrated with one another.
