Competency Assessment System

Poczta Polska, in partnership with ITSG Global, has embarked on a two-phase competency assessment process designed to optimize their recruitment strategies. The initial phase focuses on tailoring the system to Poczta Polska’s specific needs, encompassing candidate verification and the creation of IT-centric tests. The subsequent execution phase facilitates remote, simultaneous testing for up to 60 candidates, culminating in a detailed assessment report. ITSG Global’s state-of-the-art system, equipped with cutting-edge IT technologies, makes the hiring procedure seamless. It provides clear and efficient access to objectively verified candidate data, enabling employers to sift through thousands, align with precise criteria, and guarantee informed hiring decisions.
