CustomerApp is a mobile application created for Provident Polska customers, compatible with Android and iOS devices. The purpose of the app is to streamline the management of products offered by Provident Polska. This includes post-sale service, customer-agent communication, and increasing interest in new offers. It also aims to reach a younger, modernity-focused target audience with the brand. Provident Polska decided to augment its IT Team with specialists from our company. We support the client in the analysis phase, application development, modifications to the company’s internal systems, and application testing. After completing the first phase of the project and launching the initial version of the application in the Polish market, there are plans to expand its features and introduce it to other European markets, continuing with support from the ITSG team.
